Fine townhouse with terrace in Alcúdia, one of the most beautiful villages in Mallorca.This friendly and welcoming house for 4 people is located in the centre of Alcúdia, a beautiful town in the north of Mallorca. It has a lovely terrace made of stone, perfect for spending time outdoors and enjoying the beautiful weather of the island. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, heating and a fireplace.Recently built and tastefully designed, this house has two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living-dining area, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace.Alcúdia is one of the most charming historical towns in Mallorca. It is built over a Roman foundation, Pol·lentia, and the town centre lies within renaissance walls. In Alcúdia there are many things to do - walking around the streets and the walls of medieval style, or relaxing on the terrace of one of the many restaurants. It is also essential to visit the archaeological remains of the Roman foundation of Pol·lentia, dating from 123 BC. Every Tuesday and Sunday the famous market of Alcúdia is held, which offer countless products, both local and international. In Alcúdia you will find all the amenities you need: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shops, perfumeries and more. Alcúdia's privileged location allows you to move easily around the northeast of the island. The coast is less than 5 minutes away. It is close to the famous sandy beach of Port d'Alcúdia, as well as to various rocky and sandy coves like Bonaire, La Victòria and Manresa.
