Apartment in Cala D'or with Common Pool and Beautiful Views

This apartment is located in a beautiful, enclosed private complex, Bungalows Playa d'Or. The apartment is right on the first row to the Cala Gran beach with a private access from the complex. It is just a few steps from the beach and the large shared pool.

The 32 m2 south facing balcony offers beautiful views of the beach and the community pool, which is furnished with sun loungers. Via the balcony, you can access a path that leads to the sandy Cala Gran bay (30 metres).

The entire 79 m2 apartment was renovated in 2015; the kitchen, tiles and floors, toilets, sinks, television, three air conditioning units and furniture were replaced. One bedroom has parquet floors, all others have new tiled floors. The apartment offers a living room, an open spaced kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large balcony (32 m2). Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The first bedroom measures 16.5 m2. It has access to a balcony (one can hear the sea when the balcony door is open) and a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a sink and a huge 50" flat screen, full HD satellite television. It has new oak parquet flooring and air conditioning. The second bedroom measures 13 m2 and is furnished with a desk with views of the beach and a 1.50 m x 1.90 m French double bed. Its own bathroom boasts a washbasin, a shower and a toilet. The room also has air conditioning. Please note that the second bedroom is separated from the living room by a curtain. The 18 m2 living room is equipped with a 55" flat screen, full HD satellite television with a DVD player. There is also a comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate up to two guests (1.40 m x 2.00 m). The house also offers a large dining table, a stereo with a radio, CD player and Bluetooth and air conditioning. The 9 m2 kitchen is furnished with a ceran stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a 2 m refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker and a blender. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and a dryer. There is also a baby bed, a high chair, an iron, a safe, a hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner. The air conditioning unit can also be used to heat the rooms. During the winter, a mobile heating unit is available for the bedroom.

The apartment is right by the sea above Cala Gran. Four other beaches are within walking distance: 300 m to Cala d`Or, 500 m tour Cala Serena, 700m to Cala Esmeralda, 800m to Cala Llonga and Cala Ferrera. It's a two-minute walk to the town centre with numerous shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafes, pharmacies, a 24 h medical centre and dental offices.
The exclusive yacht harbour is also worth a visit. Across from the harbour is a small supermarket. It is 50 metres to a bus stop.
We recommend a trip to the natural reserve Cala Mondrago (8 km) and the beautiful Es Trenc beach (30 km).

Pets and smoking are not permitted. Parking is available street side in front of the apartment. Since it is public parking, a space is not guaranteed.
