Apartment in Neustrelitz with Private Parking

The holiday apartment is very close to the lake and the forest on the outskirts of Neustrelitz, in the midst of the Mecklenburger Kleinseeplatte by the well-known Müritz National Park.

The outdoor area includes a tool shed for storing bicycles. The terrace provides garden furniture and a grill. The site is fenced and also suitable for dogs.

The apartment is on the ground floor with its own site and separate entrance and measures around 70m². It welcomes you with a generous living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room is a combined lounge and bedroom, as it has a sofa suite and also a double bed (180 x 200cm). The comfortable combination is rounded off by a cable flatscreen TV with Internet and a DVD player. Next to the living room there is the fully-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Internet radio, dishwasher and dining corner with a bench and chairs, as well as direct access to the terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm) and a spacious wardrobe for your clothing. The bathroom is spacious and has a semicircular shower, a WC and a washbasin, as well as a bath for relaxing and a towel radiator. The apartment has under-floor heating throughout. Internet access is free of charge and a supplementary guest bed is available.

The area with its many lakes offers a range of water sports. There is a riding farm about 400 metres away. It is about 300 metres to the beach at Domjüchsee where you can swim in the lake. There are many other swimming and fishing lakes nearby. The nearest restaurants and shops are about 1500 metres away and the centre about 4km.

As the owner himself is a hunter and fisherman, you can hire a motorboat or a canoe or book a hunting or fishing trip.

    “Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub und die Ferienwohnung ist weiter zu empfehlen. Positiv: Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen.
    Auch der Vermieter und seine Familie waren sehr nett. Negativ: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.”
