Holiday house with a terrace and a parking space, as well as a fireplace in the living room
The newly built (2013) holiday house of around 100m² can accommodate up to six people. It is in a quiet but central location, on a private road. Enjoy the most beautiful days of the year in a high-quality holiday home with a charming interior.
It provides three bedrooms, each with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and two additional TV sets, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with a shower and WC, all with quality appliances and fittings (satellite TV, radio, CD and DVD player). There is even a fireplace. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.
There is a terrace with a canopy beach chair. There are car parking spaces by the house.
Public transport and a restaurant are a few hundred metres away. Graal-Müritz is a Baltic Sea spa town with a long tradition. Already in the 18th century, Prof. Dr. Mettenheimer established the first rehabilitation facility for sick children, with a healthy climate. Graal-Muritz is in the midst of the mixed forest of Rostocker Heide and right by the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. Apart from various spa and rehabilitation facilities for all ages, there are plenty of shops, a bank, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants and much more.
There are hourly train connections to Graal-Muritz. Owing to the central locaton of Graal-Muritz, between the island of Rügen, Stralsund, Rostock and Warnemünde, all trip destinations are within an hour by car.
