The one-room holiday apartment is for a maximum of two people, provides around 23m² of living space and consists of a combined living room, bedroom and pantry kitchen, a hallway and a new shower room. The apartment was refurbished in 2014 and the furniture is new. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. The living and sleeping room is comfortably furnished with a double cupboard bed, a cupboard, a dresser, a flatscreen TV with radio, a two-seater sofa and a dining table with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and towel radiator.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not allowed. The house has a lift. There are a washing machine and dryer in the cellar (coin-operated).
The apartment is right in the centre of town, in the “Strandstrasse” pedestrian zone. The building is next to the very well-known 5-star luxury hotel Stadt Hamburg. There are many gastronomy establishments and shops in the immediate vicinity, as well as a bus stop and a taxi stand. The beach and the train station are just a few hundred metres away. A parking space is available on request about a five-minute walk away.
