Modern holiday apartments above Volosca

The building is about the old fishing village of Volosca, which belongs to Opatija. Owing to the location it affords a great view over Kvarner Bay. It is 300 metres from the sea, at an altitude of 65 metres. The sea and restaurants are within easy walking distance and the town centre of Opatija is just 1km away.

The apartment of around 65m² is on the ground floor of a private new building. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave and is part of the living and dining room. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and washing machine. Each room has air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV and a separate entrance. Internet access is available.

    “Diese Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert: Der Parkplatz, die Lage mit dem traumhaften Ausblick, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung und die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit der Vermieter sind unübertroffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung nicht nur unbedingt weiterempfehlen, sondern wir planen auch selbst wiederzukommen.

    In der Wohnung funktioniert alles, es ist sehr gepflegt und unheimlich sauber (inkl. Betten und Matratzen). Die Heizung und die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei.
    Urlaub mit Kindern ist nicht nur vom Platzangebot kein Problem, die Vermieter sind auch sehr kinderfreundlich.”

Wir haben noch in keiner Wohnung bisher so viele Dinge des alltäglichen Lebens gefunden, die man normalerweise immer mit sich führen muss. Das Vermieterehepaar erwies sich als außerordentlich freundlich.”
