Exceptional holiday bungalow with a large pool area

The Casa 'Cora Ena' is located on the western side of the quiet town of La Norias, between Todoque and Puerto Naos, approximately 200 m above sea level.

The bungalow with its unique architecture spreads across three floors, entrance hall with a guest toilet, 3 steps to the living area with a dining area, kitchen separated by a counter, fireplace room with digital satellite television, then the upper area with a connecting door to the two bedrooms, hallway, and bathroom. The well maintained bungalow has been comfortably furnished with a great love to detail.

The secluded generous pool area with sun loungers and seating facilities offers plenty of space for lounging and relaxing. Enjoy a day at the pool in the roofed wicker beach chair, and the beautiful panaromic view of the mountains, the Aridane Valley and the sea. A brick-built seating corner in the pool area offers an ideal place to have your breakfast. The house’s two terraces offer both sunny and shady areas, and also a cosy barbecue area under a bouganvilea tree.

The nearest shopping facilities are in town, approximately 2 km away , the nearest restaurant is approximately 1 km away.

    “Einfach nur perfekt! Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Räumlichkeiten und Pool wie abgebildet und sauber. Das Badezimmer wurde vor unserer Ankunft komplett neu saniert. Von der Lage her an der Westküste super, um sich die Insel anzuschauen. Restaurants in der Nähe (sehr empfehlenswert ist das Las Norias!). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft standen zur Begrüßung frisches Obst und eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch. Wer Ruhe
    und Erholung sucht, ist hier absolut richtig.”

    “Sehr gut ausgestattetes und ansprechend eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Der Außenbereich mit den vielen in unterschiedlichen Farben blühenden Sträuchern hat uns sehr gefallen. Von der erhöhten gemauerten Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und auf die Berge. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der große Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.”

    “Das Haus ist einfach nur gut ( !! ), die Außenanlage ist liebevoll angelegt, wenn auch im Bereich der Terrasse ein wenig zugewachsen.
    Der Pool ist klasse.Innen ist alles top gepflegt!
    Schade das Backofen und die Waschmaschine nicht funktionierten, ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gemangelt.
    An alle die da noch kommen mögen, behandelt Kater Mau Mau gut ;-)”
