This holiday home is a dream home in every aspect and is located on the hillside with a splendid, panoramic view of the sea and the sandy beach. On the top floor, there is a large loggia from where you can enjoy your morning coffee or view the spectacular sunsets in the evening. The ground and the first floor are connected from outside. There is an outdoor swimming pool and a spacious terrace in front of the house. There are many small terraces around the house. The property is fenced and the children can play undisturbed, while you can enjoy your holiday by reading a good book or enjoy a glass of wine or sunbathe near the swimming pool. Near the house, there is a wharf for mooring your boat. You can take boat trips to the small islands and coves located nearby, where you can enjoy your holiday in solitude and tranquillity. This home is modern, comfortable and attractively furnished and provides all that is required for a holiday. The island has exquisite dining options and various fascinating events that take place during summer. Many restaurants, shopping arcades and galleries are available in the city of Rab. You can also visit the wonderful beach in St. Eufemija. Various cultural, entertainment and sporting events take place in Rab during summer. There are many excellent restaurants. Roman churches, gothic residences, renaissance facades and lofty bell towers adorn this gorgeous village on the island. The medieval town of Rab is a special jewel of Rab. The Island of Rab is an inspiration for body and soul.

    “La maison est idéalement située avec une vue très belle sur la mer ! La maison offre un espace idéal pour deux familles. L'étage du dessus était réservé aux ados et l'étage du dessous aux parents et aux enfants plus jeunes. La maison était très propre et bien accueillante à notre arrivée. Par contre, la piscine est très petite pour la capacité de la maison et l'eau n'était pas très claire. Nous trouvions aussi que les salle-de-bain, éviers, robinets, bain bulle, auraient tous besoin d'un petit rafraichissement. La terrasse au dessus de la piscine est très étroite et nous avons déplacé les tables et chaises sous l'amandier. Les commerces et restaurants sont tout proches de la maison et ne nécessitent pas l'usage de la voiture.
