Holiday home with private garden and above ground pool near the village of Crespina (1 km). The house is set in the hills of Pisa, with a beautiful view of the surrounding typical Tuscan landscape with forests, olive groves, vineyards and fields of sunflowers. On many farming estates in the area, you can taste the wine and typical local products. In the village of Crespina (1 km) or Cenaia (2 km) you’ll find all shops, grocery and supermarkets. We recommend you to visit to Pisa and its Leaning Tower (20 km, airport) and some relaxation in the spa of the near village Casciana Terme (10 km). The access to the house is on a short stretch of gravel road.

    “Teils sehr alte Möbel, vor allem die Betten und die Küchenschränke lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig.
    Küchenausstattung ist überaltert. Es ist dort ein Sammelsorium an Töpfen, Pfannen, etc. die schon vor 13 Jahren im Haus waren. Die Tefalbeschichtung der Pfannen kann man nur noch erahnen.
    Vieles ist in den beiden Küchen voller Staub. Alles Gläser, Taseen, etc. mussten vor Benutzung gespült werden. es stehen dort Einmachgläser und Flaschen auf denen der Schimmel wabert.
    Steckdosen teilweise locker und veraltetet Elektrik.
