Holiday apartment in a quiet location on the edge of a forest

The holiday house is 2km to the east of the centre of Matrei and its proximity to the country road offers an ideal combination of rural tranquillity right by the forest and the convenience of the nearby village centre.

The 60m² oasis of well-being is on the first floor and a maximum of five people can leave everyday working life far behind here. After an exciting day, adults and children can look forward to playing a game together on the big sofa in the living room-kitchen. A wood-burning stove ensures a particularly cosy atmosphere. While somebody is conjuring up breakfast, lunch or dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and oven, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment, the other guests can watch an exciting film (satellite TV) or share their experiences with their friends at home via Internet. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains and a fifth bed (folding bed) can be added to this room if required. The spacious bathroom has a shower with massage jets for relaxing at the end of the day.

    “Sehr freundliche Eigentümerin, Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Teilweise neue Einrichtung, die Küche ist absolut ausreichend eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage am Waldrand mit großem Garten, für die Hunde ideal und einige Spielgeräte im Garten erfreuen die Kinderherzen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut okay.”

    “schön gelegen mit toller Aussicht.Einfach, aber bietet alles, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Nur die Parksituation ist ungünstig bei mehr als einem Fahrzeug.
    Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Gutes Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis.
    Super zum Skifahren oder Wandern.”

    “Positiv: Lage war sehr schön, Grundausstattung auch für mehrere Personen gut vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, WiFi sehr gut, Gegend sehr schön. Sternenhimmel nachts unglaublich. Netter Kontakt. Notfallverpflegung im Haus einkaufbar Negativ: Ein Zimmer wegen Grösse der Betten kaum nutzbar, Betten teilweise durchgelegen, Kühlschrank oben stinkt furchtbar, Garage und Auffahrt mit grösserem Auto nahezu unnutzbar wegen Platz und Steile. Sonnenschirm auf Terrasse fehlt , Haus lässt sich nicht absperren, nur die Wohnungen und das mit einem Zimmerschlüssel, insgesamt ist der Zustand deutlich heruntergekommen.
    Es ist wegen der Brenner Autobahn und Talstraße nach Navis auch nachts nie ganz still.
    Insgesamt für den Preis aber ok. Freizeit: Valser Tal, Obernberger See, Berg Ahn auf hohen Turm mit Höhenwanderung zum Lichtsee”

    “Prima ingericht appartement met alle benodigdheden. Grootgenoege ruimtes en terras in de middagzon met prachtig uitzicht over vallei. Op loopafstand is er weinig, net als in dorpje onderin dal. Is wel een supermarkt, maar voor rest moet verder gereden worden. Positiv: Uitzicht van terras over vallei Negativ: Oprit naar appartement is smal, steil en niet super qua wegdek. Hij is niet super lang, maar je moet hem elke keer achter af.”
