The newly opened Lalewa apartment with a modern interior is on two floors, providing a total of around 150m² of living space.
The apartment has three bedrooms with double beds and a three-bed room with a washbasin. Apart from two of the double bedrooms, the bedrooms have satellite TV and balconies. The sleeping area has two separate shower rooms and a separate WC. There is also a bathroom with a corner bath. The open living room on the upper floor measures around 50m². It has a fully-equipped kitchen, including a sitting corner and a wood-burning stove with a heated bench by it for cosy hours in the evening. There is a separate balcony by the living room. Two parking spaces are available.
In the nearby locality about 500 metres away you can find restaurants and shops. It is about 15km to a golf course and a swimming pool, and about 7km to a ski piste and 12km to a cable car.
