This vacation house is located in a quiet part of Banjole in a dead end street. It is extremely comfortable, where the first floor and the second floor are connected by internal and external stairs. It is equipped with high quality furniture, there are two fully equipped kitchens, large bedrooms, in the upstairs bathroom there is a bathtub with hydromassage, while at the front of the house there are two covered terraces. On the other side, on the first floor, it has an open terrace. Behind the house you will find a swimming pool and barbecue, where you can swim or enjoy preparing delicious meals with family or friends. The property is completely fenced, so even the children can play carefree. Near Banjole is Premantura, a coastal town with nature park Cape Kamenjak, which is the southernmost point of the Istrian peninsula. Beaches on the cape are the most beautiful in Istria, and besides numerous bays and beaches it also captures colorful Mediterranean vegetation and untouched nature.

    “Das Haus hat Potential, wenn ein paar grundlegende Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden. Dazu zählt eine ausreichende Austattung an Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern,Sonnenschirmen, Stühlen, ein Tisch wo 8 Leute dran sitzen können. Der Backofen im EG ist nicht angeschlossen. Die Abläufe der Duschen sind verstopft bzw. laufen sehr langsam ab. Fast alle Steckdosen müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Garten sollte besser gepflegt werden. Halt einfach mal ein paar Stunden Zeit investieren. Das Haus selbst war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr gut, der Pool auch. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und immer sofort da gewesen, wenn etwas nicht so lief.
