    “Die Wohnung war sauber. Eine Reihe von Dingen war reparaturbedürftig. Eine Türklinke des rechten Zimmers war lose. Auch ein Handtuchhalter im Bad war lose und fiel bei Benutzung ab. Insgesamt drei Mal konnten wir die Wohnung mit den uns zur Verfügung stehenden Schlüsseln (Karten) nicht öffnen. Beim dritten Mal musste sogar der Hausmeister aus einem anderen Ort angefordert werden. Auf dessen Ankunft am Abend mussten wir einige Zeit warten. Der Wasserkocher war nicht funktional.
