This beautiful holiday home is located in a small place of Banjole, near Pula. The interiors are modern and furnished with style. The air-conditioned living room and hall on the first floor will add comfort to your holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped. The storeys are connected by internal stairs. The plot is well-maintained and fully fenced and therefore it is ideal for families with small children, who can play carefree, while parents enjoy the beautiful sea view from the upper floor. The swimming pool is excellent for cooling down during the hot summer months. In the courtyard, there is a tavern with a fireplace and a kitchen, which contribute to the pleasant atmosphere of the place. The covered terrace offers additional comfort. Nearby, there is a restaurant with a great offer of Istrian cuisine and fresh fish, and some shops.

    “Das Haus ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, TV, Bücher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und und und.
    Die Lage ist super. 300m bis zum Hafen, 500m bis zum öffentlichen Strand. Gegenüber ein kleines Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen. War nicht zu laut, da ein Garten noch dazwischen ist.
    Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren top in Schuss. Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber.
    Es war genau das Richtige für uns kleine Familie mit Hund. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.
    Das Besitzer-Ehepaar war super nett und zuvorkommend.
    Bäckerstand, Gemüsestand und Zeitschriftenstand gibt es etwa 300m entfernt.
    Für den größeren Einkauf gibt es das "Konsum" in Banjole ca. 800m Fahrt und in 3km Entfernung einen Lidl! Dort kann man seine leeren Plastikflaschen gut entsorgen und man bekommt noch ein kleines "Pfand".
    Ein kleines Restaurant ist genau gegenüber. Die Konobo ist sehr empfehlenswert. Calamari, Fleisch und Fisch ist alles super frisch. Wird alles selbst vorbereitet. Es riecht am Nachmittag schon super lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundliche, kann auch deutsch. Der Chef spricht fließend deutsch.
    Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und Hunde auch!
    Sehenswürdigkeiten sind etwas weiter entfernt. Z.B. Pula = Amphitheater und die Stadt Rovinj.”

    “Tolles Haus für Mensch und Hund. Die Hunde fühlten sich durch das geschlossene Grundstück sehr schnell zuhause und für uns waren alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. Der Pool schafft eine wunderbare Atmosphäre mit seiner Nachtbeleuchtung.

    Optimale Lage. Zu Fuß ins Restaurant und ans Meer, schnell mit den Hunden abseits zu einem Spaziergang.”
