This huge house is located in a peaceful and upmarket residential area. Thanks to its pleasant decoration and the well-tended gardens, you immediately feel comfortable and at-home here. You can reach two beautiful beaches and the picturesque village of Roc de Sant Gaietà by foot, within a few minutes. It is located on a raised rock and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The well-designed courtyards with fountains, huge shaded rubber trees and flowering gardens is reminiscent of Andalusia. Mandatory final cleaning fee of 120 EURO to be paid locally.

    “Nous avons été très satisfaits de l'espace et du confort de cette maison. Bien sûr nous avons eu droit aux colonies de fourmis, mais bon, sur cette terre il n'y a rien de parfait. Les pièces étaient toutes très propres. La Plancha sur la terrasse est super. Je disais aussi que l'annonce était très juste, les plages sont bien à 700/800 m... Le petit village est lui aussi très sympathique. Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines. Nous remercions, sur nos premières appréciations, le propriétaire qui avait tout bien pensé, jusqu'au petit parasol qui nous a beaucoup dépannés sur la plage. La table de ping-pong qui a été très appréciée de nos jeunes. Ils étaient 5.”

    “typisch Spaans interieur (meubilair wel iets gedateerd), huis is van alle gemakken voorzien: wasmachine, vaatwasser, magnetron, oven, tv, dvd speler etc.
    1 ruime badkamer (wc, bidet, bad, douche) en 1 kleinere en modernere badkamer (wc, wastafel, douche) op begane vloer, 4 goede slaapkamers en bedden (maar 1 van de 2-persoonsbedden is te kort voor lange mensen), ruim voldoende tuinmeubilair en servies, gelegen in rustige woonwijk, dichtbij strand (lopen ong 10 minuten, met de auto nog geen 2 min), dichtbij goede supermarkt (Bon Preu), fijne, grote veranda om in de schaduw te kunnen zitten, eigen oprijlaan voor de auto, let op: er is geen zwembad. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding (begin mei 2011).”
