This pretty and modern terraced holiday home with swimming pool is situated in a small Istrian village. Next to the pool there is a solar shower. At guests disposal there is also an outdoor summer kitchen. The house is nicely furnished. In the souterrain there is a sauna, one more bathroom, a kitchenette and TV with home cinema system. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so you can enjoy the comfort and functionality. The house offers ideal rest for two families or friends who want to spend their holiday together and get to know Istria and its beauty. In only half an hour of drive you reach the small ferry port Brestova, from where you can go to the nearest islands of Cres and Losinj. Make sure to visit the well-known coast of Opatija which throughout the history has been an attractive tourist destination or the antique town of Pula with its amphitheatre where numerous concerts of local and international artists take place during the summer. The small town of Labin with its lovely historical monuments and many art galleries is also worth visiting. Near the house there is the municipal football field.
