The well-maintained, modern, and quietly located 3.5-room apartment with a garden view is situated on the raised ground floor of Residenza Belvair in Zuoz.
The apartment offers a spacious and harmoniously furnished living and dining room with an open, well-equipped kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with box spring beds for two people each, both with en suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. From the living room, you can directly access the sunny south-facing balcony.
A ski and bicycle room is available for communal use. A garage space can be booked for an additional fee. In winter (from the first Monday in December to the first Sunday in April), guests can use the in-house wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, showers, and various fitness equipment free of charge.
The apartment house Residenza Belvair is located at the southern entrance to the village of Zuoz, one of the best-preserved and most beautiful villages in the central Engadine. The historic village center, train station, bus stop, and various shopping opportunities are just a few minutes' walk away.
The opportunities for sporting activities are numerous. Within a short distance from the house are the 18-hole golf course, the nearby national park with many hiking options, tennis courts, mountain biking routes, and riding facilities. In winter, the family-friendly ski area (the free sports bus stops in front of the house), a well-maintained cross-country ski trail network, and many kilometers of winter hiking trails offer optimal conditions for varied holidays.
