Wonderfully quiet, rural and surrounded by nature, but by no means secluded: The beautiful Villa Sa Punta den Nadal awaits visitors on its old, south-facing property. It has undergone extensive renovation and now presents itself as a true rural jewel. You will immediately feel at home here: The large property is completely surrounded by olive trees and typical Mediterranean plants. The charming villa, partly tiled and partly with a natural stone front, extends over several levels and delights holidaymakers with various covered and sunny terraces. Naturally, all are equipped with the necessary furniture, making it difficult for guests to decide where to relax: Enjoying a delicious breakfast on the sunny roof terrace, taking a siesta nap on the shady and cosy outdoor sofa or sunbathing with a cocktail on one of the numerous sun loungers. Speaking of sun loungers: Directly behind the house you will also find the large pool of varying depths, where you can refresh yourself and enjoy sporting activities. And even children who are not yet confident swimmers will find activities to satisfy their youthful needs, including a swing and a paddling pool in the garden for a variety of leisure activities.

The very well-kept interior of Sa Punta den Nadal is wonderfully bright thanks to the many windows and white walls. The interior has a classic and pleasantly understated design to match the house, with a harmonious colour palette of warm natural and earthy tones. The entrance area on the ground floor offers direct access to the open-plan living and dining area. While you can enjoy your evening meal at the stylish old wooden table and chairs, there are two cosy sofas in the living room where you can watch the crackling fire or the TV if you wish. Right next door, guests will find the small but fine white country kitchen, which is equipped with modern, high-quality appliances, including a large fridge, very practical, especially if you are on holiday with a larger group and want to keep a few supplies ready. After a long day of exploring, you can retire to the upper or lower floor of this villa, where the bedrooms are located. There are two of them on the top floor, both tastefully and skilfully decorated with clean lines. Relax and close your tired eyes. A tiled bathroom completes the facilities on the first floor. On the ground floor there are two further double bedrooms, also tastefully designed, both with en-suite bathrooms. One of the two bedrooms is accessible from the outside via a separate entrance - the perfect room for holidaymakers who like to explore the island on their own from time to time.

Your villa is located in a rural setting near the picturesque fishing village of Portocolom in the south of Mallorca. The town is only 3.3 km away. The tranquil village with its beautiful old town nestles around a bay in which the largest natural harbour on the island has formed over the years. In the past, the wines from Felanitx, around 15 km away, were shipped from here to other harbours. Now you can enjoy a stroll along the promenade and marvel at the many luxurious yachts and traditional colourful fishing boats. There are also some good restaurants and pretty cafés in Portocolom, but more extensive shopping is best done in Felanitx, which is only a short drive away. If you prefer to go to the beach, you'll love S'Arenal Portocolom, which is about 2.9 kilometres from the villa. The names may sound the same, but it's very different to S'Arenal near Palma. S'Arenal Portocolom is a small but attractive beach that slopes gently into the sea. It is particularly popular with locals and the perfect place for a picture-book sunset. Finca Sa Punta den Nadal is located in the middle of a typical Mallorcan landscape in the south of the island, close to the sea. Here you can spend a wonderfully peaceful, relaxing holiday - the pool is located directly behind the house and is surrounded by artificial turf, which is great for playing on. Not only the sunbathing lawn, but also the swings and paddling pool will delight children. The small village of Portocolom is only about 3.3 km away.
