Villa Ses Paises is a property that welcomes its guests in a marvellous location near Artà. There are several other houses along the road leading to the villa, some of which have a rustic feel, but your privacy is absolutely guaranteed. The small property is surrounded by a charm that you will feel as soon as you enter the grounds. It is the wildly romantic charm of the exceptional aesthetic design of the place that is immediately inviting to the onlooker. The idyllic garden is sure to appeal to all nature lovers, as it has largely been left in its natural state, giving it a pleasant, rustic atmosphere. The old trees also give a calming, relaxing impression of security. The slightly elevated swimming pool is surrounded by natural stone surfaces and a lawn, the depth of which varies between 0.70 and 1.65 metres and is easily accessible via a staircase. Here you will find the most beautiful places to relax all around, not only in the sun and natural shade, but also under a parasol, while you simply soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere and indulge your inner laziness. In addition to chairs, four comfortable sun loungers are also available. A small path leads to the house, the exterior of which is characterised by its natural stone walls, miniature walls, small roofs and projections as well as the cosy terraces. Here you will find plenty for the attentive eye: small beautiful elements that characterise the charm of this place without appearing too overloaded and that make your pleasant stay even more enjoyable. In addition to the cosy covered terrace next to the pool, there are other, almost miniature seating areas around the house so that you can enjoy the tranquillity and friendliness of this place from different perspectives. There is also another small terrace on the upper floor, which is connected to the bedroom. For your convenience, there is a shaded underground parking space for your hire car.

The expressive ambience continues inside the house and contributes to a harmonious whole. Large, bright rooms form the framework for the lovingly designed interior. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a fan, separate toilet and washbasin. On this floor there is also the living room, the kitchen and another very nice living area, which can serve as a chill-out corner or provide space for an extra bed if required. Upstairs there is a study with WiFi, the second bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and air conditioning, a WC and a terrace. The open-plan, air-conditioned living/dining room, which is characterised by its liveliness and clarity, offers a variety of options for a comfortable stay indoors. Natural stone walls combined with wood and tastefully contrasting colours create an elegant focal point and highlight important elements. There are classic exposed beams on the ceilings, which emphasise the overall feeling of comfort and cosiness. The large flat-screen TV with satellite connection provides your media entertainment, while the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere on chilly evenings for your added comfort. The friendly kitchen, which is accessible via a wide passageway, is spacious and both modern and functional. Here you will find everything you need for your daily needs, including a kettle and espresso/filter coffee machine. In the two bedrooms, spaciousness, beautiful furniture and attractive decoration as well as an aesthetic ceiling design contribute to a very cosy atmosphere. The bright bathrooms are modern and offer all the usual comforts. An iron and hairdryer are available in the accommodation and can of course be used by guests.

Every Tuesday there is a farmers' market in the centre of Artà (7 minutes away by car). If you wish, you can also walk there. At the market you will find culinary specialities from the entire region as well as fine Mallorcan handicrafts. Not far away there are a number of attractive white sandy beaches, some of which are still relatively unknown and real insider tips.

The enchanting Villa Ses Paises is located in the eastern part of the island, just 2 km south-east of the picturesque town of Artà. The charming property offers fantastic views of the hilly landscape. Close to Capdepera (9 km) is the harbour town of Cala Ratjada (12 km) with its inviting beach promenade. There you will find some very good bars and restaurants as well as various shopping facilities for your daily needs.
