Along the quaint winding path towards Villa Conies Vell, it quickly becomes clear that this is a truly elegant holiday home. You will be immediately impressed by the extensive, well-tended grounds, as well as the stately property itself, which is surrounded on many sides by usable terraces and an idyllic garden. The tall palm trees in the expansive inner courtyard and the diverse outdoor elements grouped around it are a real feast for the eyes. A green lawn awaits you here, which is a great place for little holidaymakers to run around and play. On the spacious terrace, which stretches along several sides of the house, you can enjoy your holiday as you wish, either in the open air or under the beautiful natural roof. Under the dense vines, you can sit right next to the house and at the same time in the immediate vicinity of the pool, which you can see if you wish. A round dining table with chairs invites you to dine in a cosy atmosphere. The open-plan living and dining room in the small outbuilding is at least as attractive. Here you can relax completely in the totally chilled-out sofa area or sit at the dining table. The directly adjoining outdoor kitchen and barbecue allow you to prepare meals outside and spend the whole day outdoors in warm weather. In the evening, this is simply a wonderful place to end a fulfilling day. There's even lighting here! The one or other match at the mobile table tennis table will delight the sports enthusiasts among you, as will the basketball hoop in the courtyard. A word about the pool: the 10-metre-long pool is tiled in a radiant shade of blue and varies in depth between 0.6 and 1.8 metres. The surrounding terrace is equipped with a total of eight comfortable pool loungers, where you can enjoy the sunshine to your heart's content while taking a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Two parasols are available if required to protect you from strong UV rays. There is a car park for your hire car right next to the building. And behind the house lives a delightful donkey in its paddock. The main road is 500 metres from the villa, but there is hardly any traffic.

A country-style dining room, which is directly accessible from the house terrace, welcomes visitors with a bright and very cosy flair. This room has been furnished both sparingly and tastefully, so that the pleasant impression of spaciousness and clarity is in no way compromised. White walls and ceilings, natural-coloured exposed beams and terracotta-coloured floor tiles create a very harmonious interplay, which is complemented by original vintage pieces and results in a unique ambience. You enter the cosy living room through a wide archway, where a cheerful, colourful sofa invites you to relax. The large flat-screen TV with satellite connection is at your disposal, as is the small music system and is ready for good entertainment. You may also want to immerse yourself in a good book or a good conversation. The kitchen, which is also accessible from the dining room, is equipped with everything you need for your daily needs, including a kettle and a Nespresso/espresso machine. Very individually and dreamily designed bedrooms not only offer enough space for all fellow travellers, but also offer something to suit every taste and ensure a restful night's sleep. There is a separate bedroom with bathroom, which is only accessible from the outside and therefore offers a very unique opportunity to retreat and find peace and quiet. Overall, the bathrooms are spacious and not only practical, but also aesthetically designed. Hairdryers and irons are provided in the house, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own from home. Mosquito nets are also available for your comfort.

You can reach the centre of Manacor in just a few minutes by car from the villa. Here you can experience the weekly market every Monday. Porto Cristo is around 16 kilometres away. There you will find several large supermarkets, some of which are even open on Sundays and public holidays. The picturesque promenade invites you to take a leisurely stroll. Some of the nearby beaches are still considered real insider tips and are characterised by the fact that they are undeveloped. The spacious Villa Conies Vell has a charming rural location and is surrounded by a huge plot of land. A supermarket and a bakery are just 5 minutes away by car. The pretty Cala Varques bay is around 17 kilometres away. Other beaches such as Cala Mandia are a similar distance away.
