The Mater Randa townhouse is a very special holiday home for up to 12 guests on Mallorca. It used to belong to the church and, following extensive renovation, offers bright, friendly rooms and modern living comfort. Thanks to its location on the edge of the quiet mountain village of Randa, you can enjoy fantastic views of the countryside and the Tramuntana mountains from the spacious pool area or the balcony on the upper floor. The holiday home is run by the Mater Foundation. The organic vegetable garden in the lower part of the property is tended by the organisation's protégés. So while you enjoy a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings with family or friends, you are supporting a valuable social project on the island.

The open-plan living area on the ground floor of the townhouse consists of a living and dining room and an American kitchen. A glass door leads from the living room to the rear terrace area with pool. In addition, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate bathroom on this level. The ground floor has extra wide entrances and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor. It houses another living room, 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate bathroom. Two of the sleeping areas also have direct access to the balcony terrace. You are welcome to choose your favourite spot for the beautiful sunsets! The holiday home is located in the quiet mountain village of Randa, 4 km north of the town of Llucmajor with good shopping facilities. Palma is 25 minutes away by car and the natural beaches of Sa Rápita and Estrenc are less than 30 minutes away by car. The Son Antem and Son Gual golf courses are approx. 12 km away.
