A communal pool, a beautiful garden including a barbecue area and still plenty of privacy: this spacious maisonette with two separate apartments in one is perfect for families travelling together. Each half has its own exquisitely furnished, covered terrace at the rear of the villa. Enjoy the perfect end to the day by firing up the barbecue before tantalising your taste buds with fresh fish and a glass of wine. During the day, it's worth having a cool drink on one of the two roof terraces and enjoying the fantastic view over the rooftops. And if that's not enough, you can also look out over the beautiful nearby bay of Cala Marçal. In the garden, which also includes a well-tended lawn, there is a tempting pool with cooling water perfect for young and old to dive straight into! Numerous sun loungers invite you to rest and relax under the pleasant island sun and if you don't feel like swimming, simply jump under the outdoor shower and partition wall. A practical little tip: the villa is located directly on the tarmac road Carrer de la Gavina, where you can park.

The terraces each have direct access to the fully equipped kitchen, which is practical for those who like to have breakfast and sit outside. Each half of the house offers plenty of space for hours of cooking with the whole group and spacious dining tables for playing, feasting and celebrating together. The interior is characterised by high-quality, inviting furnishings. Large windows, bright colours and the right furnishings make Mari Pili a place where you will want to spend your time. Let's first take a look at the property on the left: on the ground floor is the living room with a modern flat-screen TV and comfortable sofa, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a second living/dining room, another bedroom with its own bathroom and, of course, the fantastic roof terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. The right-hand side of the house has a very similar layout, but here two of the beds are in the hallway thanks to light-coloured curtains, so there is still enough privacy and a curtain ensures a cosy atmosphere.

Portocolom is a romantic seaside resort right on the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Anyone who spends their well-deserved holiday here will be surrounded by the magic of the island. The location of the villa could hardly be better: The beach and shops are within walking distance, and the nearest quality restaurant is just a stroll away. Mari Pili is located south of the centre of the resort, directly on a road - such a location is more than just tempting. The resort offers you the choice between a lovely stroll through the old town with its pretty narrow streets or the fantastic Cala Marçal cove, which is a real hit with sun-seekers. It is just a few minutes' walk from the villa and is ideal for families, not least thanks to its fine sand and gentle slope into the water. Perhaps you would like to take a day trip to the Felanitx market on Sunday, where you can haggle to your heart's content and discover the delicacies of the region. Active guests can reach the popular Vall D'Or golf course in around 10 minutes by car or explore the varied surroundings on foot.

The spacious Villa Mari Pili is located in the south of Mallorca, on the edge of the picturesque fishing village of Portocolom. A real highlight is its proximity to the incredible, family-friendly bay of Cala Marçal, which is just a few minutes' walk away. Shops, nice bars and various restaurants are also within easy reach thanks to the central location. Or how about a nice coffee with a view of the small, pretty harbour?
