The tastefully renovated townhouse Cervantes 14 is located in the centre of Capdepera and offers plenty of space for up to 9 people. From here you can easily explore the historic old town and the many beautiful sandy beaches on the east coast of Mallorca. You are sure to enjoy using the spacious roof terrace with the whole group. It is ideal for cosy barbecues and cosy summer nights, but also for simply relaxing for a few hours under the stars after a long day at the beach. On the ground floor there is a small courtyard where you will find a complete bathroom with shower and a laundry room. Here you can freshen up immediately after returning from the beach. From here, an external staircase leads to the living area.

You will be greeted by carefully renovated rooms. Old, well-kept tiled floors, the original wooden doors and other typical Mallorcan elements have been combined with modern, tasteful furnishings. On the first floor there is a friendly entrance area, a bright, inviting living room and a cosy bedroom. The staircase leads to the second floor. It houses a large dining room with a comfortable sofa, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and another bedroom. Another staircase leads to the third floor with the remaining bedrooms. One of them has a bunk bed. There is stable WLAN throughout the building. All four bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. Be sure to spend a relaxing holiday in a comfortable, authentic holiday home in the east of Mallorca. The townhouse is located below the old town centre in the heart of Capdepera. Supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful beaches of the east coast, such as Cala Ratjada and Cala Mesquida, can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
