A holiday in the heart of Sóller! Feel right at home in this marvellous hideaway, where you will certainly want for nothing in terms of aesthetics and harmonious spatial energy. And that's not all: here you can enjoy maximum comfort and relax on two outdoor terraces, one behind the house in a small courtyard and the other on the roof. You'll feel like you're in a dream as you sip your favourite drink in the open air or enjoy fresh regional delicacies in complete privacy and yet right in the middle of the action. You can easily do all the shopping you need on foot, so you can give your hire car a rest until your next excursion in the nearby car park (day parking fee applies). Traditional natural stone and modern aspects have already been skilfully blended in the exterior, making visitors even more curious about the interior!

And it does indeed invite you to take a closer look at the 225 air-conditioned square metres of interior space. Here you can admire and marvel at the sophisticated interior design, the unique decorative elements, the perfectly coordinated colours, shapes and fabrics. Not to mention the old wooden beams and the beautiful wooden windows and doors. Simply divine! In the entrance area there is a chic dining alcove, a few steps down you will find the modern and extensively equipped kitchen in white style, which accommodates another small dining table and offers access to the picturesque little inner courtyard. There is also a guest toilet and a laundry room on this floor. On the mezzanine floor, the small reading room, decorated with lots of blue and in a library style, invites you to spend some quality time relaxing. One or two guests can stay in the double room next door, which has its own bathroom. On the first floor: the living room. It also has a chequered floor, stylish furniture and is complemented by fine fabrics. And if you want, you can enjoy the smart TV. Two beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, complete the floor; two further bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor. On the Coco-Mat beds measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m (4x) and 1.80 x 2.00 m (1x), you can relax completely and leave everyday life behind you. All bathrooms have a shower and are characterised by their tasteful design and high-quality furnishings. The recirculating air conditioning throughout the house makes it a great place to live at any time of year. Please note that the house is not suitable for small children due to the steep stairs.

The town of Sóller has managed to retain its authentic charm and is simply wonderful for shopping and enjoying an espresso amongst the locals. If you are looking for the sea, Port de Sóller is only 3.5 km away; alternatively, you can drive to Cala Deìa, Platja de can Pere Antoni or the beach of Ciudad Jardin. Thanks to its central location close to the road, you can also reach other destinations in no time at all. A train ride on the historic Red Lightning, the nostalgic train that runs directly from Sóller to the beach of Port de Sóller, is one of the activities you should definitely experience on Mallorca. Flower lovers will get their money's worth at the Jardins dAlfabia near Bunyola, not far from Sóller. Authentic and stylish living in a private retreat with all the infrastructure for daily needs right on your doorstep - that and more is what the charming townhouse La Fuente, located in the centre of Sóller, offers. The beach of Port de Sóller is only 5 kilometres away. The region south of Sóller attracts visitors with the Jardin dAlfabia, probably the most beautiful garden on the island.
