If you like to get around on foot, have all the necessary amenities nearby and enjoy strolling through small towns, you are in luck with this townhouse, especially as it is located in the middle of Artà, an old, up-and-coming holiday resort that still has small shops and a lively weekly market and excellent restaurants. The car can be parked on the street and is therefore always ready for the short drive to the beach. Although you are surrounded by neighbours, the white, completely renovated Na Valenta property offers you plenty of privacy: the pretty little courtyard with the high-quality mini pool, which provides a cooling dip in between, is protected by high walls. A modern gas barbecue is ready to add meat and fish to the market-fresh salad; there's no easier way to prepare something when you don't feel like going out. The spacious balcony terrace has an expansive awning so that you have an unobstructed view of the action.

A weekly market, a supermarket and a shopping centre as well as restaurants and charming cafés are (almost) on the doorstep. Your beach paradise on the east coast is only 10 to 15 km away, and Capdepera with its castle and first-class golf course, the Coves d'Artà and the hiking area around Colònia de Sant Pere and Betlem are also just a short drive away.
