Villa Na Pilena is located in a simply breathtaking setting in the centre of the villa district of Sa Pedruscada, with the bay of the same name, Cala Pedruscada, just a stone's throw away. The central location to the town and the promenade adds to the special charm of this spectacular villa. The location is just right for people who want to enjoy a good, pedestrianised infrastructure with an urban touch, but without having to live in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Thanks to the villa's location on Cala Pedruscada and the promenade that leads past Son Moll beach to the harbour of Cala Ratjada, you can enjoy both the fantastic seafront location and the easy accessibility of the surrounding beaches, towns and other destinations on foot. There is so much going on in the bustling neighbouring town of Cala Ratjada: shopping, strolling along the promenade, eating out and even clubbing.

The completely renovated villa, presented in Ibizan style, reflects the natural maritime character of this tranquil location. The design of the house, consisting of white, smooth plastered brickwork combined with bright blue shutters, blends perfectly with the small neighbouring plots, reflecting the authentic character of this charming suburb. This summer retreat is located in a cul-de-sac and, like the covered terrace at the front of the property, is situated directly by the sea. Steps lead down to the beach promenade, which in turn leads to Cala Ratjada. On this covered terrace you will find a chill-out seating area with wicker furniture. Floor-to-ceiling windows open up to reveal the bright, light-flooded interior of the villa, which is furnished with white furniture and light, sand-coloured floors. A long white coffee table stands in front of the spacious living area, which is furnished with a beige seating area and a modern LCD flat-screen TV and radiates a particularly inviting atmosphere. The brightly lit kitchen area is equally inviting. The stylish white fitted units are complemented by a kitchen island with a marble worktop. The kitchen island and its modern glass ceramic hob also form a bar and seating area, allowing you to prepare meals together comfortably and conveniently - something not to be missed, especially when on holiday. Recessed lights in the ceiling fill the rooms with warm, pleasant light.

The three spacious bedrooms are each furnished with a white double bed (with a double room on the first floor for 4 people). Subtle wall decorations and built-in wardrobes ensure a pleasant feeling of well-being as you fall asleep to the sound of small waves on the beach and open your eyes to the same pleasant decor in the morning.

The stylish Villa Na Pilena is situated in an incredibly picturesque location in the quiet residential suburb of Sa Pedruscada, just a few steps from the sea. The tranquil village is just 2 km from Cala Ratjada, whose harbour can be reached via the promenade that runs past the house. A wonderful market is held there every Saturday. The house is located directly on the coast and the marvellous beach of Platja de Son Moll is within walking distance.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
