Flowers and greenery as far as the eye can see Pure paradise in a wonderfully secluded rural location, yet close to the town and the sea Parreta, this huge property, in a nutshell. The country house concept has been realised here in an unconventional way, as the 700 m² of living space mentioned above is divided between the main building and the apartment buildings. The houses are connected by a beautiful garden full of cacti, gnarled olive trees, huge oleanders and other flowering plants. There is even a jogging path where you can go for a morning run. The huge communal pool with its elaborate mosaic floor is a sporty size with lane lengths of 16 metres. After a swim, you can relax on one of the sun loungers on the surrounding sun terrace around the pool. A chic awning with parasols creates a shady spot at the end of the pool, a cosy place for cheerful board or card games. There are plenty of seating areas that are beautifully secluded and private, as well as some communal areas. It is particularly nice to be able to use a large outdoor seating area, especially for larger groups. This is located directly behind the house near the brick barbecue, where you can cook, eat and drink together while enjoying the beautiful weather in a relaxed atmosphere.

When travelling with a larger group, e.g. a sports club, a larger group of friends or the family for a special occasion: this is the perfect place to offer plenty of space while maintaining lots of privacy. Villa Parreta is perfectly designed for such a large number of guests. The house is a good mix of a classic private villa and a hotel. However, this is a self-catering accommodation and you can have this spacious property all to yourself, without staff or other guests. Classic Mallorcan country house style, mixed with simple hospitality paired with comfort, welcomes you in all rooms. In the main house there is a perfectly equipped kitchen with every conceivable appliance, including a dishwasher. This should make the hearts of those of you who cook as a hobby beat faster. When not dining outside, you can gather in the opulent dining room with exposed beam walls. Have a drink at the bar in the lounge before dinner or enjoy an after-dinner drink here after a multi-course meal prepared together. A very individual holiday feeling is guaranteed when you plan your own holiday. Accommodation is provided in the main building or in a separate building, which is an absolutely convincing feature of this sophisticated and affordable villa. On the first floor of the restored quarry stone building there are two suites consisting of a bedroom, a lounge and an en-suite bathroom. The spacious double bedroom with bathroom on the same floor is the only one without a small kitchen and lounge. Directly behind the house is a fourth self-contained and fully equipped apartment. The other four apartments, each with 55 m² of living space, are located in the elongated building directly next door. Each unit has its own bedroom, a modern tiled bathroom and an open-plan living and kitchen area. From the accommodation there is direct access to the covered terrace with table and two chairs, ideal for a moment for two to enjoy this rural paradise and its pleasantly mild climate to the full.

The location of this monumental villa is simply fascinating, as Manacor is only 10 minutes away for a great walk and shop, for example for the famous Mallorcan pearls that are made here. The surrounding villages, such as the charming Son Macià, are easy to reach thanks to the convenient location and proximity to the barely audible country road. Your daily shopping can be done there and can be combined with a morning café cortado in a local café. For swimming, head to the pretty fishing village of Porto Cristo, where you can stroll along the promenade in the evening after a long day at the beach with numerous water sports activities and enjoy a meal in one of the lovely restaurants. As far as beaches are concerned, there is plenty to choose from, as the beautiful so-called Calas de Mallorca are just a stone's throw away. In the evening, you and your group can end the day in peace and relaxation with a cosy barbecue until all the stars are high in the sky. The huge Parreta villa estate is situated in a marvellous secluded location between Manacor and the enchanting eastern coastal landscape. Separate residential units with a high level of comfort and cosiness are available for your holiday. For shopping, visit Son Macia or Manacor, where there is a weekly market on Mondays. The island's beautiful beaches, some of which are real insider tips such as Cala Varques, are just a short drive away.
