The house is located in the heart of the Var at an altitude of 385 meters. Due to the mountainous location, access to the villa is via an 800-meter dirt road that is unsuitable for low cars. The property is about 35 minutes' drive from the beaches of Saint Aygulf (40 km) and Les Issambres (50 km) and 10 km from Draguignan. All local stores in Figanières approx. 1.5 km away.
