"Griaß di" and welcome to our house. Our house is located on the sunny high plateau Niederthai at 1550 metres above sea level and is the perfect starting point for your adventures and at the same time invites you to relax. Right next door is our café - where our guests are spoilt with homemade cakes and Tyrolean cuisine - our Niederthai ski school and our Grüner sports shop. The latter offers a wide range of sports equipment for various activities (skiing, cross-country skiing, e-bikes and much more).



The flat "Hemerkogel" (approx. 20 m²) has the following amenities: a double room, a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, etc.) with dining area and flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower/WC.
