Our house is located on the sunny high plateau Niederthai at 1550 metres above sea level and is the perfect starting point for your adventures and at the same time invites you to relax. Right next door is our café - where our guests are spoilt with homemade cakes and Tyrolean cuisine - our Niederthai ski school and our Grüner sports shop. The latter offers a wide range of sports equipment for various activities (skiing, cross-country skiing, e-bikes and much more).

The apartment "Narrenkogl" (approx. 40 m²) has the following amenities: 1 double room, a fullyequipped kitchen-cum-living room (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc.) with dining area, flat-screen TV and sofa bed (sleepingpossibility for the 3rd and 4th person), a bathroom with shower/WC. Enjoythe unique mountain view from the furnished terrace.
