This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is located in Bonasini, a small charming village, built of stone and with 10 inhabitants - a very peaceful location for a relaxing vacation. It is situated on a sunny hill, surrounded by forest in unspoiled nature, making the location perfect for outdoor activities. The indoor area of the villa is 205m2 and the outdoor area is 1,500m2. The villa also has its own garden, private swimming pool, covered barbecue and dining area with a summer kitchen and comfortable garden furniture. The villa is well equipped and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. All bedrooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning. Next to the main house there is a small private wellness center (Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, shower,) for your pleasure.

In addition, there is a communal sports facility nearby with volleyball court, table tennis and badminton court and Pula airport is only 20 km away. Pula (15km) is the regional capital of Istria with an excellent choice of restaurants and attractive shopping areas. Take a walk through Pula and experience the streets and squares of the old town, some of which date back to Roman times. The stunning amphitheater dates back to the 1st century AD and is the 6th largest in the world. The city center is about a 10-minute drive from the airport. Fazana is a small coastal town, 11 km from Bonasini, with a harbor from where tourist boats (15 min) take you to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia - Brijuni. Fazana offers a large pebble beach with opportunities for numerous water sports and activities. Vodnjan is a typical medieval town with an interesting architectural pattern: the town's houses also form the town walls and used to serve as a defense. On the main square there is a stunning baroque church, several restaurants and a new sports park with tennis courts. Recently, Vodnjan has quickly become one of the top cultural towns in Istria, with events taking place every weekend. St. Vincenat (5km) also known as Savicenta, a small charming place in central Istria. This place is centered around numerous, beautifully restored churches from the 14th and 16th centuries and a fortified manor house. There are some excellent restaurants and cafés. Rovinj, (23 km) with a 1700 year old history is the most beautiful and luxurious tourist town in Istria, with a beautiful old town, a pearl of architecture. The magnificent buildings and charming streets filled with small art galleries, create a great town of painters with numerous restaurants and cafes.
