Villa Sea Breeze is located in the north-western part of the island of Brač, in the town of Sutivan, which is known for its hospitality, numerous pebble beaches where foreign and domestic tourists will find peace and quiet. This stone beauty was built in 2022 in a modern style of construction, only 10 m from the clear sea, providing accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. You will be able to enjoy the sea view from all rooms.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living room with a corner sofa, two tables, and a TV. Near the living room is a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you are sure to prepare your favourite dishes, there is also a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. The ground floor has two bedrooms with double beds, private terraces, and includes two ensuite bathrooms with showers.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.45 m. Next to it, there is a sun deck with 6 deck chairs, where you can relax after hot summer days after a pleasant refreshment in the pool. You can also try traditional Dalmatian dishes on the outdoor gas grill, and on the terrace, there is a sitting set, the perfect place to drink your morning coffee while the sea breeze relaxes you.
For all those looking for relaxation and peace, there is a wellness centre, with a sauna, a deck chair, and a bathtub located on the ground floor of the villa, and lovers of active holidays can work out in the outdoor gym with equipment.
