Lifjell plateau is a huge mountain area of almost 200 km2 with more than 20 peaks over 1000 m above sea level. The hiking routes vary in length and difficulty and are suitable for experienced hikers and families with small children alike. In the village, Folkestad, you can still feel the atmosphere of the old times.
