Costabravaforrent El Sur, Nature, sea and quietness

Costabravaforrent El Sur is located in the Montgó area, 750 meters from Cala Montgó beach and 3 km from L'Escala old town. This area is residential and quiet, surrounded by nature. The house faces south, overlooking the natural park of Montgrí. To the north, again in the Natural Park, you will walk along a circular path that will take you to Illa Mateua and the port of L'Escala, while enjoying the views of the bay of Roses.




Costabravaforrent El Sur is a beautiful house surrounded by nature in a quiet and residential area.


The garden offers a terrace where you can relax, enjoy a break and even take a nap; barbecue for a meal with your friends while children are running around the garden; small and attractive pool-spa where to soak, idealfor relax and oversee the views; garage to give a rest to the car for a few days; and a cool house, very well equipped and cared for to feel at home.


On the north facade, just 10 meters from your holiday residence, you may walk around in the Montgrí Natural Park, surronded by the Mediterranean Sea, enjoying the sunsets, and overviewing the award-winning Bay of Roses. From the south one, 500 meters away, now you will enjoy the Natural Park for long walks, excursions, running or mountain biking. And when you think about the sea, just walk to Illa Mateua (700 meters), or to Cala Montgó beach (850 meters), and sunbathing, bathe, swim, dive, and paddle surf.
