Porto Colom is a jewel set in the east coast of the island, once a port busy with wine trade, it is now a privileged destination for those who love a beach holiday in a place of discreet elegance, in an atmosphere full of natural views, beaches with calm waters and local and restaurants that offer excellent food and wine. The coast offers further exploration of the surrounding countryside and wonderful coves with crystal clear waters (Cala Sa Nau, Cala Marçal, Cala Barfi, Cala Murada), the lighthouse of Sa Punta, symbol of Porto Colom, the Sanctuary of San Salvador, a must for the Church and its monument. You can also go for Porto Cristo Caves and the market of Santanyi and Felanitx.

How not to fall in love with this authentic mallorquin house nestled in the village of Porto Colom overlooking its bay and countryside! There are 5 double rooms available (3 with single beds), 3 bathrooms (one of which is on the patio) and can accommodate a total of 10 people, ideal for families. The house comes with a mini-pool with iconic design and Italian style, offering moments of relaxation and pleasure with the gentle air massage, and warm water.It is a village house on three floors embellished with a fantastic position, on top overlooking the sea with breathtaking views of the roofs and the surrounding countryside, with decorative elements in Mallorquin stille but with a Mediterranean touch, with an area divided into many welcoming and functional environments: fully equipped independent kitchen, huge furnished terrace-solarium also indoors, interior patio with Bbq area with pizza oven!, laundry, 5 double rooms served internally by two bathrooms and an external bathroom serving the patio area, various balconies, air conditioning throughout the house, wifi.

The house comes with a mini-pool with iconic design and Italian style, offering moments of relaxation and pleasure with the gentle air massage, and warm water.On the ground floor is the independent kitchen and a living area that includes the seating area that opens directly onto the patio. The stone staircase leads to the first floor which includes a bathroom and 3 rooms while on the second floor there are two other rooms and a further bathroom. On top floor we are in the chill out area, with breathtaking views of the village and the sea!Arenal Beach is a couple of kilometers away and the center of Porto Colom is a 1-minute walk away, following the promenade along the bay.HOUSE RULES- If you want to bring your dog with you, please ask me before! Thanks!- Of course you can smoke in the outdoor area of the property...- Airconditioned H/C: Every booking includes the usage of three undreds Kw/weekly. Beside that threshold you will be charged 30 cents for every extra Kw used. We will take note together of the exact consume made. The extra sum will be charged either in cash upon departure or deducted by the deposit.- You will take care of the quietness of the vicinity as if it was your own house. Mainly from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., avoid loud music, loud noise.- The villa is equipped with crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, bed linens and towels for normal use. You will also find toilet paper to get your stay started. If you run out of supplies during the rental period, you are responsible for buying the necessary ones for your stay- We normally provide one set of towels (body&face) for each guest/staying- the property must be returned in decent condition, taking care to empty the garbage, washing machine and dishwasher and turn off the air conditioning or fans before leaving- According to local laws, Boe Num. 165 of 11 July 2003, upon your check in all guests of the same booking older than 16 are requested to fill out and sign traveller registration form. And for bookings in 2023 they are charged two euros/person/day older that 16.- The mini-swimming pool is handed clean ready-to-use and can assure transparent waters throughout your staying if some rules are followed: 1) we recommend the use of shower before getting in, so to keep waters clean from sand and sun-cream. 2) Use the net provided to clear it from flowers and leaves that could settle on the surface 3) always cover it with the special coverage when not in use; 4) Always keep the chlorine basket immersed (at least when not in use) Extra assistance/cleaning during your staying is provided at a cost of twentyfive euros..

The house is located in the centre of Portocolom, walking distance from the Promenade, the Port, the beach, major services like bars, supermarkets, restaurants.
