Due to its privileged position on the 5th floor of a building situated on a hill about 100 meters away from the lakeside road, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting while still being close enough to the lively surroundings.

The maisonette apartment, with its two terraces, is very close to the lakeside promenade and offers beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Along the lakeside promenade, several restaurants invite you to relax, and there is also a docking station for the Navigazione Lago Maggiore ferry company. From here, you can take a boat to Italy (e.g., Cannobbio or Luino) or to Ascona, Locarno, or the charming Brissago Islands.
