Private car parking space for exclusive use directly at the house. Parties and bachelorette parties are not permitted. A deposit of €150.00 must be paid prior to arrival. The repayment will be made after the apartment has been returned properly. A deposit of 25% is required upon booking confirmation, the balance to be paid 30 days before arrival.
