INTERIOR

A 4 level 190sqm villa that has been beautifully renovated in 2022 to the highest standard to retain its traditional character yet offering all the most modern comforts for up to 8 guests.

Ground Floor

Starting on ground floor you firstly get to see a spacious open plan and bright dining room and a well appointed lounge with a comfortable corner- sofa, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and a balcony. Smart Tv with satellite channels and Netflix, as well as a few board games are both at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of any kind of meals (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, espresso and filter coffee maker, cutlery, cooking utensils, glassware, dining table etc.)

First Floor

On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, one including a double bed and 2 with 2 twin beds each, together with a family bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Each bedroom has its own balcony offering beautiful views to the pool and the sea, while the double bedroom has its own smart Tv.

Second Floor

The upper floor houses the beautiful master bedroom suite including a traditional king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a small kitchenette and a superb terrace where the jacuzzi is placed that dominates the valley beyond: a perfect place for a romantic drink at the comfortable outside living room or in the jacuzzi while the sun goes down! Well apointed with great attention to details, this bedroom includes a cozy fireplace and a smart Tv.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all villa premises, while all rooms are air-conditioned.

Lower Floor

Last in the lower floor, you can find a sauna offering moments of ultilamte relaxation, a 4th bathroom including a shower and your own private gym with direct access to the pool & garden area.

EXTERIOR

The outdoor areas of Villa Kirianna are perfectly cared while a private 26sqm pool (0,90-1.50m deep, children's pool is 0.50m deep) is dominating and invites you for a refreshing dive during the warm sunny days in Crete. Beautiful flowers, lawn, shrubs, trees as well as a kid’s playground transform it to an amazing and convenient environment to spend your day in it! A ping pong table is also placed in the outside area. A spectacular barbecue with outdoor dining area is available by the poolside for delicious meals prepared while enjoying the views or laying under the sun in one of the comfortable sunbeds. Shaded parking space is also available in the villa premises.

Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.
The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.
While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.

* Please note that the "climate crisis resilience fee" (mandatory government tax) of 10€ per night is applicableand payable in cash upon arrival, directly to the owner of the villa.
