The heart of the house is the large living and dining room with open kitchen. Behind large windows, through which the light floods in, the green surroundings extend. Here you can make yourself comfortable, watch movies, listen to the radio and music, play games or just chat.
From the living room you have direct access to a beautiful area with wooden terrace, equipped with various outdoor furniture such as sun loungers and a barbecue. You will spend a lot of time here in the fresh air, welcoming the sun's rays and the fresh sea air, using the barbecue and perhaps enjoying a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine. On the property around the house children have plenty of opportunity to romp and play.
A short walk separates you from the beautiful sandy beach, which makes a high number of swimming trips very likely. However, other activities are also available. If you like to play golf, a visit to Dueodde golf course (1.5 km) is obvious. The area also offers several walks, for example along the coast to the Dueodde lighthouse.
