House in Plomodiern with Private Parking

Light filled, open plan kitchen, dining, living with wood-burner, french doors opening up to lawned garden surrounding the house. Apple, cherry and birch trees provide shade. There is one WC on the ground floor, as well as an office. Wooden stairs lead to a landing on 1st floor with 3 double bedrooms, another WC and large bathroom with shower. There is a laundry room on the lower ground floor, with another shower. Ample space to store surfboards/wetsuits in garage. BBQ & firepit available outside with chairs, benches, table.

Lawned garden, with apple and cherry trees, fire-pit and BBQ areas, different seating areas..

Country cottage style with modern appliances, washing/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, storage space for bikes, surfboards etc. Dogs friendly. Walks / cycling from the door step. Next to the Chappelle de St. Correntin. Michelin starred restaurant and crêperie etc in nearest village. There are golf courses, and top level surfing venue within an hours' drive. Also paragliding, char-a-voile, horse riding, windsurfing, fishing, etc. all within easy distance. The 2021 Tour de France starts in Brittany on the 26th of June, and will pass by within cycling distance of the house.
