Our house nestles on a small hill above the valley floor of Längenfeld in the hamlet of Winklen. Längenfeld’s village center is approx. 4 km away. There you will find shops, varied restaurants, an outdoor swimming pool and the Aqua Dome thermal spa. In Winklen there is also a farm shop selling fresh milk, yoghurt, eggs and honey from organic farming. Our scenic area boasts countless hiking trails to fabulous Alpine pastures, the Lehner Wasserfall via ferrata and Ötztal’s local heritage museum which are close by. The unrivaled Ötztal Cycle Trail invites you to explore the valley by bike. Sölden and its summer and winter offers and attractions is approx. 16 km away. Umhausen at approx. 8 km, boasts the Stuiben Falls, Ötzi Village, Birds of Prey Park and the swimming lake which are always worth a visit.

In front of the kitchen there is a fabulous winter garden with chill-out seating area. In winter and on cold summer days we heat the tiled stove for you. From the living room you can access the comfy sun terrace and the garden. There is plenty of seating here, you can enjoy the sun with great panoramic views of the Ötztal and Stubai Alps.
