Our semi-detached house is located on the southwestern outskirts of Kiel in the district of Russee. Russee is not only one of the most sought-after locations in the urban area for young families. The infrastructure is very well developed, there are good bus connections (practically "around the corner") and also a variety of shops / facilities for the daily needs in the vicinity (including two bakers, pharmacy, Lidl, Rossmann, Famila, Aldi, Penny, ). The city of Kiel is about 4 km away and is well connected by public transport (the bus runs during the day in quarter-hourly intervals). The motorway junctions to Rendsburg (A 210) and to Flensburg / Hamburg (A 215 / A 7) are quickly reachable.

The 60 sqm Non smoking double house half was completely renovated in 2018 and is modern, bright and friendly. On the ground floor there is a living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa corner and a multimedia DVBT2TV, a BluRay player and a netfixfähigem Reciever. In the new fitted kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher fridge-freezer is a large dining table where all 4 people find space at the same time. The small shower also leaves nothing to be desired. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. These can be reached via a space-saving staircase. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the other bedroom there are two single beds, which can also be put together.

The covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is fully equipped with direct access from the kitchen. Round off the evening with a nice glass of wine. Whether you want to go on vacation or just a place to stay for a few days, in our house you will feel comfortable.

A parking space is available on the property directly at the house. Bicycles can be parked in a small lockable room. For questions or suggestions we are available in German and English.
