The cross-country skiing tracks start right on your doorstep. At a few steps from the bus stop - free skibus shuttle to the top ski area of Sölden (approx. 15 driving minutes).

Cycle paths, MTB trails and hiking routes start right on your doorstep. At a few walking minutes from the climbing garden and via ferrata.

Our newly renovated holiday house (approx. 100 m²) for sole use: 2 double rooms, 1 twin room, 1 bathroom on the first floor with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower on the ground floor, 1 seperate WC. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, ceran stove, baking oven, microwave, electric kettle etc.) with dining area and homey living room "tyrolian style" with tiled stove (sofa-sleeper for 2 persons).
