Already from our house you have a direct view of our beautiful mountain panorama of the Mühlbach am Hochkönig region.

Our house is approx. 10 minutes from the town center and right next to the Karbachalm valley station (approx. 300m) - your entrance to one of the largest ski areas in the Salzburg region. You can easily reach both by foot.

Feel at home in our comfortable holiday apartments, in the middle of the mountain landscape. The apartments offer enough space for 2 to 4 people and pets are very welcome! Free internet is of course included.

Our ground floor apartment offers about 80 m² enough space for two to four people. From the bedroom you have access to the terrace and the garden to the modern kitchen and the cozy living room (with sofa bed). In addition, the apartment has a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate toilet.
