Where do you live?
On the Gambarogno Riviera. Here you can experience Ticino in its purest form - with the village of Vira right in the centre. Vira is one of the pearls on Lake Maggiore. The village has a historic centre with the church of San Pietro, which rises impressively and clearly visible above Lake Maggiore. An unspoilt village centre with old houses nestled close together, narrow alleyways and arcades characterise the town.

Residenze Viramonte is a well-maintained holiday complex with six apartment buildings, built on a beautiful hillside above the village of Vira. The park-like complex offers a wonderful view over the lake and the mountains.

Flat no. 38 is located in Casa Daniela, which is the only house with an underground car park.

People with taste and style will find their second home in this studio. Everything fits together perfectly in this completely renovated flat.

In addition to the large window front facing the lake, the three side windows allow plenty of light into the flat and immediately put you in a holiday mood. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind!

You can enjoy a fantastic panorama from the cosy terrace. From there you have a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore and the mountains. And just a few steps from the front door you will find the spacious swimming pool with a cosy sunbathing area.

Your car is parked in the underground car park and waits in the shade for beautiful excursions in the surrounding area. The small house library invites you to browse through the books in a comfortable deckchair or relaxing armchair.

Furnishings Totally renovated, modern one-room flat (approx. 40 square metres) with combined living and sleeping area, furnished with a modern box-spring bed, sofa, recliner and TV/radio with satellite reception.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge incl. freezer compartment, oven, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, standard spices.

In the bathroom, which has also been renovated, you can look forward to a spacious walk-in shower. Hairdryer available.

    “Wie immer (wir waren dort schon fürs 10 Mahl) habben wir es genossen. Positiv: Moderne Möbel, gut ausgestattet appartement in bester Lage. Negativ: Früher bekam man nach eine Woche neue Handtücher, jetzt muss man zwei Wochen mit einem Set Handtücher alles machen.”

    “Gerne wieder. Positiv: Schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Ausflüge: Maggia Delta - Da dieses Jahr der Seespiegel 3m unter normal war, ist dort eine riesige Kies und Steinfläche die zum Baden für Naturliebhaber nur so einlädt.”
