The Villa degli Oleandri stands in a higher position in the garden than the other houses in the residence and enjoys a splendid view of the hills and the medieval town of Ostra.
 
Completely restored with original ancient materials, the architecture of the old local houses has been maintained. Going out you can then immerse yourself in the large garden, full of flowers and aromatic plants, with their intense scents and enjoy the private swimming pool for a regenerated dip.
 
Composed of a large living room, the kitchen and two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, the house can accommodate up to seven people. In the lounge, in fact, there is a double sofa bed, and it is possible to add an additional bed.
 
If you love walking, you can also walk to the ancient village of Ostra, which is about 1500 meters away, and shop in the small local supermarket. In the surroundings, there are numerous places where you can buy fresh vegetables and local products. Ending the day with a good glass of wine, in the suggestive frame of the hills, is the best you could wish for, the area is known for high quality wines, such as Lacrima di Morro d'Alba.

    “Wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub.
    Für Hundebesitzer kaum zu übertreffen.
    Jederzeit wieder Positiv: Unterkunft war toll - wie versprochen.
    Garten und Pool wunderbar, von außen nicht einsehbar - totale Privatsphäre.
    Francesco war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
    Mit ein wenig Recherche findet man im Umfeld zum Teil tolle Restaurants.
    Auch unser Hund Charlie hatte einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und ein sehr gut gepflegter Hundestrand ist nach ca. 20 min. Fahrzeit erreichbar.
    Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche - absolutes relaxen.
    Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit Negativ: Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer reperaturbedürftig.”

    “Sehr zu empfehlen und tatsächlich jederzeit wieder, auch wenn wir das in der Regel nicht machen, weil es so viele schöne Orte noch auf der Welt zu entdecken gibt. Positiv: Der Vermieter Francesco ist überragend. Eines unserer Kinder sitzt leider im Rollstuhl. In Windeseile hat er geholfen, dass Haus barrierefrei zu machen. Überragend! Ein gemütliches Haus, ideal für eine Ruhe suchende Familie, oder für ein Paar. Der Pool ist richtig gut, elf Meter lang.
    Ostra ist ein nettes kleines Örtchen, mit guten Restaurants und einem sehr guten Eiscafé. Die Nähe zum Meer ist Klasse. Unbedingt Ancona und vor allem Portanova besuchen: Ein wunderschöner Abschnitt der Adria. Negativ: Es hat alles gepasst und wir sind nicht unkritisch und nicht unverwöhnt. Das Niveau der Ausstattung ist gut, aber eben nicht sehr gut. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant - Bei Tipps immer am besten Francesco fragen! Immer Klasse, was er empfiehlt.”
