This fully renovated house with stylish patio is located in an authentic village, off the beaten track. Thanks to its centralised location on the island, all the interesting such as; the mountainous north, the beautiful sandy beaches of Colonia St. Jodi or Alcudia and all the main sightseeing places in Palma are only within 30 minutes distance. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and seems reminiscent of a time gone by, the old well for example, is now a fabulous feature of the house’s courtyard. The property is very spacious, spread over three floors it boasts various seating areas and seven bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has even direct access to a large terrace of 25sq metres. The house is air conditioned and the thick walls and stone floors provide a pleasant climate at any time of year. Due to the modern under-floor heating, a comfortable temperature is maintained even in winter. Please be aware, one double bed is 175cm by 135cm.
