Charming, independent holiday home in the countryside with private pool, in the Hérault in the Haut Languedoc Regional Park on the south side of the village of Roquebrun. Located 50 minutes from the beaches of Valras, between Montpellier and Narbonne, this pretty villa offers a beautiful view of the valley and the river Orb. The village and the river are within walking distance. The house is in an elevated position, at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering plenty of privacy and the relaxation area by the pool is equipped with a solar shower, tables and chairs, sun loungers and parasols. There is always somewhere to relax in the sun or shade. The interior spaces are just as inviting and warm. After the entrance corridor, there is access to two of the bedrooms and the bathroom as well as the separate WC. The bright and tastefully decorated living room offers plenty of space with a high ceiling. You can also leave your books at home, there is everything you need here! From the living room, a staircase leads to a mezzanine floor, which is furnished with a sofa bed and a desk as well as an ADSL internet connection. The second bedroom upstairs is air-conditioned and has a handy sink and a beautiful solarium with breathtaking views. On the ground floor, a large kitchen opens to the outside through arched French doors. The surrounding area of the picturesque village of Roquebrun, nicknamed "The Little Nice", with its location on the banks of the River Orb and its exceptional climate, offers many activities. The pretty streets are full of mimosas (which bloom in February) and surrounded by orange, lemon and mandarin trees. The "Mediterranean Garden" with an outstanding collection of 400 typical plants is definitely worth a visit. Due to the steep slopes adjacent to this property, this villa is not recommended for small children.
