At 3 minutes from the beach of Riells and in front of the port and the Nautical Club, Costabravaforrent Balcó 7 is located in the fishing village of L'Escala.




Beautiful seafront apartment located in a quality marine environment, between the Riells Beach and the Yacht Club, offers views over the sea and the Marina.


For up to 6 people, at 150 meters from beach, It offers two community pools, one for kids and another for adults, private parking space, lift, Internet WIFI and air conditioning.


Costabravaforrent Balcó 7 is a newly built apartment (2005), in the third floor, with exterior aspects and plenty of sun, in a three-floor building. The apartment size is 110 m² shared in two floors for up to 6 people. It consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.


On the ground floor is the hallway, a double bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, kitchen, a suite with a complete bathroom with bath and access to the terrace and the dining room and the living room with access to the terrace.

In front of the apartment is the Yacht Club of L'Escala where you can contract all kinds of water sports (windsurf, light sailing courses, paddle surfing, kayaking, water ski, boating, etc.). There is also the diving company Orca Diving who will open the doors of the Mediterranean seabed.
