Vacation accommodation in a two-family house with open terraces and covered veranda, equipped and private garden in Versilia. It is located in Montignoso, in a quiet rural area, 3.2 km from the beaches of Cinquale. The accommodation is about 4 km from Massa, 7 km from Forte dei Marmi, 9 km from Pietrasanta, 43 km from Lucca and Pisa, 54 km from Cinque Terre, 109 km from Florence. From the property you can see the wooded hills of Versilia and the Apuan Alps. The owners live in the other apartment on the second floor with separate entrance. The property (about 200 m2) is fenced, lawn, garden and small vegetable garden equipped with table, chairs and umbrella, a brick oven and a barbecue, sun loungers, swing, slide and games for children; The covered veranda (about 15 m²) is equipped as an outdoor living room with infrared heaters. Guests have 4 bicycles at their disposal. You can fish in a nearby sports lake (1.3 km), eat vegetables in the vegetable garden, buy beef and pork and products made by the owner.
